ABOUT US
Since its inception in 1983, Advanced Mobile Diagnostics, Inc. has been defined by its unrivaled dedication to the performance of noninvasive Peripheral Vascular and Cardiac ultrasound (Echocardiography) procedures. As the largest provider of mobile diagnostic ultrasound testing in the central Illinois area, our team of highly trained professionals can provide these cost effective services in a variety of "close to home" clinical settings which include hospitals, long term care facilities and physicians' offices as well as our independent laboratory located in Peoria, Illinois. Every member of our team operates from the same foundation of ethics and shared values, with an emphasis on treating all of those with whom we interact with dignity and respect. ACCREDITATION Advanced Mobile Diagnostics, Inc. proudly holds the distinction as being one of the first 1000 Vascular and Echocardiography laboratories in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico to be granted accreditation by Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular and Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAVL/ICAEL).
OUR STAFF We firmly believe that our team of talented people, who bring their passion and commitment to work with them everyday, deserve the credit for AMD's impressive accomplishments over the past 20 years. Our staff maintains active Registry status through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) for any specialty area in which they perform examinations. Continuing Medical Education is not only required to maintain active registry status, but is essential to remain current and competent in a field in which the quality of examinations are so heavily dependent upon the technologist's skills. C.M.E.'s are supplemented through sources such as national educational symposia, local conferences, "in-house" journal club meetings, case study reviews, the internet and medical publications.
